More About Nikki P. Woods

For over 15 years, I've dedicated my career to learning the intricacies of the female mind. This passion was ignited after having lived the tumultuous ups and downs of adolescence myself.

Looking back on those years, it has become evident to me that they are truly some of the most emotionally charged and confusing times of a girl's life. Even being surrounded by friends and family, a young girl can feel very much alone.

I was always perceived as a very self assured, confident and intelligent young woman. It was assumed that I had it all together because on the surface, I did - friends, boyfriends, a stable and loving family...but what I was struggling with inside was all consuming, and the fear of letting people into that darkness of insecurity and uncertainty was overwhelming. So I kept it all in and managed a way to survive.
I have spent many years working to understand, accept and celebrate the person that I am. I have excelled academically, established wonderfully healthy and rewarding friendships, married a man who fulfills me in every aspect of my life and have been blessed with two amazing children. I am grateful for the time I dedicated towards my own self reflection because I am confident that without it, I would not be where I am today.

As a mother now myself, I am acutely aware of the integral role I play in my daughter's life. After years of research and gaining knowledge of the complexities regarding the female mind, I see how fortunate my daughter is to have a mother that understands what she is enduring and why, even when she isn't able to. Its a beautiful position to be in as a parent - to be able to predict situations before they even arise, to be exactly what your daughter needs in that moment and to be equipped with the tools to ensure a deeply open and honest connection through this jungle of adolescence.

Its been an honor to work with other families in helping to create a beautiful and harmonious relationship between parents and their daughters. I'm grateful to be a part of this journey with them and look forward to a continue this work with families all over the world.
